Terms & Conditions
1) All participants above the age of 18 years should be fully vaccinated. Keeping the vaccination certificate with you is mandatory.
2) Kindly carry one Photo Identity proof.
3) In any case, the entry pass cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
4) All participants should have a certificate of physical fitness.
5) Every 15 minutes from 6 o'clock in the morning a group of 40 people will be released along with the group leader. The leader's decision will be final, and all the members should abide by it.
6) Tea, snacks, packed food, and lunch will be provided by the organizers on the day of the event. Other expenses will have to be done by the participants themselves.
7) Participants do not destroy or dirty the archaeological, historical monuments, natural habitat on the Pradakshina Route.
8) Any addiction is strictly prohibited. People caught smoking or drinking alcohol will be asked to exit the Pradakshina on an immediate basis and will not be refunded.
9) Please do not carry or wear any valuables, ornaments, jewelry, etc. If carried, then we Do Not take any liability for the same.
10) Participants are not allowed to create violence and any activities that create riots.
11) In case of misconduct or misbehaviour, the participants will be excluded from the program.
12) Children of age group 7 to 10 years should be accompanied by their parents otherwise they will not be admitted for the Pradakshina. Senior Citizens (above age 60) are allowed with attendant supervision only.
13) In case of any unfortunate incident, Youth Club cannot be held responsible, you will have to take the sole responsibility of the damage caused.
14) The Youth Club Mahad has the final right to modify the program for unavoidable reasons.
अटी व नियम
1) १८ वर्षा वरील सर्व प्रदक्षिणार्थिनी कोविड १९ लसीकरणाचे दोन्ही डोस घेतलेले असणे बंधनकारक आहे. लस घेतल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र सोबत असणे बंधनकारक आहे.
2) सोबत ओळखपत्र घेऊन येणे बंधनकारक आहे.
3) प्रवेश फी कोणत्याही कारणामुळे परत मिळणार नाही किंवा दुसऱ्या व्यक्तीला प्रवेश देता येणार नाही.
4) सर्व प्रदक्षिणार्थीना शारीरिक तंदुरुस्तीचे प्रमाणपत्र आवश्यक आहे.
5) सकाळी ६ वाजल्या पासून दर १५ मिनीटांनी ४० जणांचा ग्रुप करून प्रदक्षिणार्थीना ग्रुप लीडर सोबत सोडण्यात येईल. बरोबर असणाऱ्या ग्रुप लीडरच्या सुचनांचे पालन करावे.
6) प्रदक्षिणेच्या दिवशी चहा, नाश्ता, पॅक फुड व लंच आयोजकांमार्फत पुरविले जाईल. इतर खर्च प्रदक्षिणार्थीना स्वत: करावा लागेल.
7) प्रदक्षिणा मार्गावरील पुरातत्व, ऐतिहासिक वास्तू व नैसर्गिक गोष्टींना हानी पोचणार नाही याची खबरदारी घ्यावी.
8) कोणतेही व्यसन करण्यास सक्त मनाई आहे. धूम्रपान किंवा मद्यपान करताना आढळल्यास त्या वक्तीला तात्काळ प्रदक्षिणेतून प्रवेश फी परत न करता बाहेर काढले जाईल.
9) कृपया कोणतीही मौल्यवान वस्तू, दागिने इत्यादी परिधान करू नये.
10) प्रदक्षिणा दरम्यान हुल्लडबाजी, दंगामस्ती, धावपळ करू नये.
11) गैरवर्तन किंवा असभ्य वागणूक केल्यास प्रदक्षिणार्थीला कार्यक्रमातून बाद केले जाईल.
12) १० वर्षांखालील व 7 वर्षा वरील मुला मुलींना पालाकांबरोबर प्रवेश दिला जाईल. ज्येष्ठनागरिक (वय ६० पेक्षा जास्त) यांना केवळ पर्यवेक्षणासह प्रदक्षिणा करण्यास प्रवेश दिला जाईल.
13) आपल्या चुकी मुळे / आपल्या पाल्याच्या चुकी मुळे किंवा इतर कोणत्याही कारणामुळे अपघात अथवा नुकसान झाल्यास आपल्याला आयोजक किंवा युथ क्लब या संस्थेला पूर्णतः किंवा अंशतः जबाबदार धरता येणार नाही.
14) अपरिहार्य कारणामुळे कार्यक्रमात फेरफार करण्याचा अंतिम अधिकार युथ क्लब महाड या संस्थेचा राहील.
